Outside France, we sell the hardware rather than rent it.
In France we operate an all-inclusive rental service, because we install and maintain the equipment ourselves. Abroad, we cannot do that — so we sell the camera outright.
You receive the camera, the solar panel and the mounting hardware, along with documentation and API access. Pricing on request, depending on quantity and destination.
We would rather be clear about this before you order.
You are responsible for the SIM card and data plan, for mounting the camera, and for any on-site intervention afterwards. We provide remote support and spare parts, not field service.
You are also responsible for local rules on filming. Privacy law varies widely between countries — framing that is acceptable in one place may not be in another.
The camera transmits over 4G. Without usable coverage at the site, it cannot send anything. Deep valleys, canyon floors and remote areas are often not covered.
Tell us where you intend to deploy and we will tell you honestly whether it is likely to work. We would rather lose an order than ship a camera that stays silent.
Describe the location, what you want to capture and over what period. We will tell you whether it is feasible, what it would cost, and what you would need to arrange locally.
